What we collect
Information you send us. When you submit the estimate form, you provide your name, phone number, email address, the property city, and any project details you choose to include. When you call, text, or email us, we receive the contact information that comes with that message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, txstec.com may use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors find and use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether a visit led to a form submission or a phone call. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers. We do not receive your name or contact details from them.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule work, and deliver reports.
- To follow up on a project you've asked about.
- To understand which parts of the site are useful and to measure our advertising.
- To meet legal, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to environmental consulting work in Texas.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, a form-handling service, which processes the data on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy policy. Website measurement is provided by Google. We do not use any other third-party marketing or data brokers.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with anyone outside TSEC except the service providers above, contractors or laboratories directly involved in your project (with your knowledge), or where the law requires it.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterward. Project records, including reports and correspondence, are retained as required by Texas licensing rules and our professional obligations.
Cookies and choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage ad personalization in your Google account settings.
Children
This site is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
